Will not stay lying down!

My baby has always struggled with sleep so we sleep trained her in February and she’s been great since in terms of waking less. She always without fail though stands up the second she wakes, even if she’s half asleep still. Therefore she doesn’t attempt to get herself back to sleep until we go and lie her back down. This week she’s suddenly started resisting being lay back down, just getting up again each time screaming her head off. I don’t know how to help her? She is waking more often again and is so stubborn she just stands up yelling and would probably stand back up 100 times! I don’t want to get into a habit of letting her feed to sleep again. I’m at a loss of what to do. She’s so strong willed! She’s not in pain and doesn’t seem to actually hungry but will feed to get to sleep. Any advice welcome! Thanks
