Baby might be breech

Hi, I'm currently over 38 weeks pregnant so due in 2 weeks time. Baby head has always been down this whole pregnancy until the last 2 days where I have notice that baby's kicks is down there. I'm not 100% whether the head has moved it's position but I experience hiccups by my upper tummy whereas the hiccups feeling use to be down there. Does anyone know know what to do? Shall I ring Triage/midwife?

I would call triage and explain your concerns. They will most likely tell you to come in for an ultrasound to check babies position. I think it would be wise to do it sooner rather than later in case you go into labour early, unless you are OK with a vaginal breech birth.
