Warming breast milk

It’s just to cool it down xx

Breast milk can be warmed, but not in the rapid cool as it’s designed to cool boiling water. I usually just pop the bottle in a jug of warm water x

I use the portable tommee tippee warmer to warm it up. Takes 7 minutes. I just find I need to charge it after each use otherwise it takes longer
