Sleep regression
Is anyone else dealing with a sleep regression right now? My daughter is 13 weeks and from about 10 weeks old til a few days ago was sleeping almost all night, and now we are back to waking up every 2 hours or just staying up for hours on end during the night. I’ve stuck with our same routine, but none of my tricks are working anymore. It’s also happening with my 3 year old, but usually once her sister is asleep. This mama is tired 🥱😩

Same here. Waking up every 2 2.5 h I’m so tired too
Ugh same here. Legitly thought I was just going crazy with my 4 month old. Seems like a common issue

Yes. My baby just turned 4 months. He was sleeping 7-8 hour stretches at night for weeks. Now he's waking up multiple times a night and not wanting to be in his bassinet. He'll only sleep in my arms. It's 3AM right now and I just gave him a nighttime feed - I thought we were past these 🫠
