Biopsy on forehead

Im 37 weeks, I’ve got a wet patch in my knickers (a large spoonful size) and pain on the right side of my bump, like a period cramp I’m not feeling 100%, I’ve woken up so much in the night for a wee and just all round being super unsettled. Could any of this be a sign labour is near? I also had a biopsy on my forehead yesterday which was quite traumatic as the numbing injections didn’t work properly so I was in so much pain. It made baby move round lots in my stomach and I was extremely worked up. BUT I have had this awful groggy feeling and pains in my bump along with braxton hicks for about 2 days before this Could this be a sign labour is near or am I just abit under the weather?
