Milk allergy and travelling abroad

We are going to Bulgaria in a few weeks and it’s suddenly dawned on me about my little boys milk. He stills has a bottle on a morning and night, we use Mighty Pea milk but I can’t imagine we’ll get it over there. What do I do? Considering swapping to oat milk which I assume I may be able to pick up there, or do you just take cartons with you? Stressed!!!

When we went to Turkey we took cartoons of oat milk and luckily had a fridge to put it in once it was open

You could probably take the mini oat milk cartons? Then if you don’t have a fridge there, you don’t need to worry about it going off once opened

Take it with you. If you ring your airline some will give you medical baggage allowance to take food/milk for allergies. We got it with jet2 and easyjet x

@Rabia oh this is a great idea, thank you!

@Samantha great thank you for this, we’re Jet2 so I will look into this! X
