Weight loss

I just want to say if anyone is struggling to lose weight post partum. All I can say is walk, just walk everywhere. Calorie count 1850. It'll drop off you. I've struggled in the past to lose weight due to been on medication and I've started walking and calorie counting and I've lost 9lbs since I started. I just thought I'd share that with you all 💓

That's great, well done! Do you have an app you use for calorie counting?

@Jess thank you and ive just been using my fitness pal. I haven't paid for the premium. It just gives you a good idea. Highly recommend x

Thank you 😊

Do you do so many steps a day?

What do you eat in a day

@Jessica I've been walking like maybe 2 hours a day 4 to 5 times a week x

@Z I have overnight weetabix with greek yoghurt and whatever you want on top. Rice and chicken peppers, onion, mayo, saratcha etc. Pittas, eggs, protein bar if I've been on a walk before or after or in the middle. Rice cakes. Anything really as long as its in the calories deficit. I've not been counting drinks but i don't really drink high cal drinks. I think good diet if you can get that right and then put the walking in and you'll lose weight x

This is giving me the motivation I need ! Had my baby girl nearly 7 weeks ago now (second baby) and I’m just hating my body I’ve been living in yoga pants and T-shirts because they’re comfy and practical. Hubby wants to go on hol with our LOs in August and I’m dreading the pool and beach.

@Emma this is literally me. Second baby and I thought I can't gain weight like I did last time. I've just been as active as possible and keep moving. Any chance I get i just walk. Also getting out for a walk coming home makes me feel good knowing I've done something good for myself. Really has been helping with my mental health. I think 3 months you come possibly drop a dress size or two if you keep it up x
