My daughters now 3 but she was always an active little baby, she’d roll off the bed, try to climb the couch and fall. Honestly, don’t feel bad. Give yourself some grace, it happens x
My first fell off the bed and my second! It’s normal and will probably happen again. Don’t panic.
My baby fell of the bed once and I did take her to a&e as I was scared, she was absolutely fine

It happens my baby did this the other night. I felt awful about it but these things do happen x
It happens. Depending their age just be careful because my daughter’s first fall was a month ago (9 months) and now she thinks it’s ok to go head first off the couch all the time lol. You are a good mom don’t feel bad.
This happened to me twice in one week while moving. Babies room was being renovated and painted so she was in our room, and it was her main play space. But seeing as we were moving I was always trying to do laundry, unpack and clean while she played and got distracted/ took my eyes off her one too many times
If fallen from a height you need to take them to hospital! Accidents happen but better to be safe and get them checked. Hope they’re ok.
@Kim depending on where OP is from it would probably be prudent to wait it out and see if any symptoms arise, hospital visits can cost some people hundreds of dollars just for walking in the door and in most of these cases they do a basic check for any new soft spots, ask if the baby has been symptomatic and then send you on your way telling you to monitor. Or wait times could be 8+ hours. Of course some people will just want the peace of mind, and some people have quite high raised beds. In my case my baby is taller than the height of our bed and can pull herself up to stand along side of it so I did not visit hospital after her falls. If there’s a chance that baby also hit their head on a night stand or anything else I would check with a doctor but again, not always worth a rush to the hospital, especially if they have a GP that does emergency appts
My son fell at like 4mon old he learned to roll and fell I felt horrible and kept reliving that movement he barely cried and was okay laughing and was acting normal I waited to see if any symptoms arised but I didn’t go running to the hospital
Happened to me like 4 times. We have carpet and the bed isn’t that high but still horrible. It does happen
Your fine mom my baby is almost one and fell off last night her foot got caught in the blanket but she was ok I always panic though
Don’t compare yourself to others. Instead give yourself grace and remind yourself that perfect doesn’t exist. Mistakes will be made one way or another, and all that matters is that you make tomorrow better than what it was today!
