Instead of bringing him downstairs when he cries, go into the room and gently rub his tummy or back while he’s still in the crib. Shush him softly to let him know you’re there, but don’t take him out. It might be tough at first, but bringing him downstairs teaches him that crying gets him what he wants. Remember, you’re the parent, and it’s important to stay consistent and keep him in his bed. He’ll eventually adjust, and things will get easier. It’s all about learned behavior—if you stick with the routine, he’ll come to understand and feel secure in it. That’s why a consistent bedtime routine is so important for little ones. Your doing great mama x
Thankyou so much! i’ll take note x
@Aqsa Thankyou so much i’ll give it a go x
Have you tried putting him in his bed in your room first? And it could just be the change of environment and temperature as well, babies are clever like that they do realise. How long does it take for him to fall asleep? Could he be teething, is he hungry there arw a million different things, i know because of my now toddler, it is a phase and it will pass, you will get that time again with you and your partner
