When making baby’s bottle, for 5 scoops of formula would you add water up to where it says 5oz or 150ml?

What formula are you using? We use kendamil and it states on the back 5 scoops is 150ml x
150 because 1oz is 30ml
The right side of the bottle is measures in US floz and the left is in ML I always use ML so if I was making 5oz bottle I'd put water to the 150 I also uses MAM bottles
I go by mls
I go by MLs, originally we were going by the OZ and she was soooo constipated despite the difference being so small. But we use SMA Little steps and the tin says MLs and she’s been fine ever since
First of all you add water! Never formula First..
