Try bland foods like toast with very thin butter or some crackers or plain biscuits. I found this helped me. I just had to keep trying different things to see what I could tolerate having.
Stay hydrated make sure u drink plenty
If it’s relentless and you don’t get much respite it could be HG. Either way I’d speak with the GP about trying some antiemetics.
Could try antisickness tablets from the doctor perhaps as this helped take the edge off so I could eat and feel some what normal x
I found that when I felt nauseous with food I just had to hold my arms above my head…may just be me being strange but it works!🤣
Make sure you aren't taking your prenatal on an empty stomach
