I don’t have time to cook

Mommas! What is an easy lunch/dinner ideas I can cook that doesn’t take for ever nor take up many dishes to wash? Also I don’t know how to use an oven so no casseroles or food that involves ovens😖 I’m kinda scared of the oven. But I’m open to ideas 😄 anything that is nice, easy and delicious. • I’m not a picky eater • love my vegetables • I’m lactose intolerant ( meaning I can’t have a glass of milk but I can have pasta Alfredo, ice cream, crème brûlée, I don’t know it’s very weird ) • I don’t eat pork • I love saucey meals that I can dip • willing to try international dishes • not a big fan of fish , salmon is fine Thank you 🙏🏼

I usually just make one pot rice dish in the rice cooker Hainanese chicken Rice 1cup + 2cup ck broth + 1/2lb chicken tight with bone + ginger + abt 2tbs of soy sauce + salt to taste Beef yakiniku rice Rice 1 cup + water 2 cup + onion + beef + corn + 3-4 tbs of soy sauce + 2tbs sugar + salt to taste N many moreee then just start the rice cooker like how you would cook the rice (white rice mode)

If you don't have one get a crock pot! Most recipes are dump and go. Throw everything in there in the morning, set it, and it's ready at the end of the day! You can make all kinds of meals in a crock pot!

I want to teach you the joys of baking 🤣 seriously use my oven daily.. even for veggie dishes! Do you have a gas oven? What about it scares you?

The air fryer is my low key BFF. She’s came through for me almost 95% of the time! So you know what I do? Since I get EBT, I go to deli but the cold section and just Buy all their now cold foods that were hot foods yesterday. Throw em in the air fryer and it’s just as good as it was freshly the day before!

And if you don’t have an air fryer, I found mine for free on Facebook marketplace 😭😅
