after 8 months i’ve realised it has a recline function, my babies head is falling forward in the car but i’m not sure if this functions usable in the car? it says the lie flat part isn’t allowed which is understandable but can it be reclined a bit? When i recline a red part comes out as shown in pictures im not sure what that means😂we don’t use that part as we have the base so we dont put the seatbelt through, 8 months and im finding new things🤣someone please help me understand this car seat

We had the maxi cosi 360 pebble pro car seat, he’s outgrown it now, but it has a 3 point position recline which is allowed. It claims it’s lie flat which can be used in the car and attached to car seat but I would say it’s more like a 30-45 degree recline. I think read the car seat manual and it will tell you x

If you have the base it can go on in the semi recline function! It won’t let you clip it in if it’s fully reclined It has to be upright if you’re belting the seat in, that’s why the red bits pop out, to stop people from doing it when it’s reclined xx

The instructions will clarify. But from memory with the isofix base you can recline up to 2 clicks but not the 3rd. Check the headrest isn’t too high also. As this can aid the head flop.
