Accidentally gave baby too much formula… freaking out !!!
My 5 month old is on 7 ounces and I have just realised formula must have come out from the other compartments of the container because there was only about half an ounce left in one of them… which means 14 ounces would have been in her bottle😩This would have happened during her night feed (sleep deprived) I feel so guilty, thinking I’ve made her poorly. Do I call someone? She seems fine and content at the moment

She might be a bit constipated but should be fine from one bottle x
Can cause a bit of constipation and give her a bit of an uncomfortable tummy but she’ll be fine. Keep an eye on her and if you’re worried give 111 a call x
If she gets constipated just give her sips of cool boiled water throughout the day x

As it’s a one off If she seems okay in herself I wouldn’t worry you may find she gets a little constipated or dehydrated so keep an eye out if you see signs of that give 111 a call for advice (if your uk) x
