if i try to kick him out he wont leave so what can i do if thats the case as gis name is on the tenancy agreement too
i would feel safe at home if hes gone then i would plan to re locate

Are you on a joint tenancy? Was it his property first and then you moved in or vice versa?
I would speak to the council first and explain your situation. Then take it from tjere. If hes on the agreement you cant kick him out legally.

no we both moved into it together and its a joint tenancy
Given that it’s a joint tenancy and also HA, either one of you would be insane to give up the tenancy. Call up the HA on Monday and explain your situation. They can advise on what both of your options are. Also speak to Shelter.
its either i stay at home and kick him out or i go to a refuge but i have 3 kids one of them has alot of medical special needs
