Yeah thats like a glass of water and three meals too much for that age. Under a year should still be more milk than food
Idk what them other people talking about but 3 meals is not too much for the baby. Breakfast, lunch and dinner it’s all about portioning properly including adding fruit to the meals.. Maybe do a night night milk bottle add some farina (cream of wheat) or baby cereal that’s like cornmeal. A 8.5. Month baby should be. Consuming 4-8oz a water a day according to healthychildren.org but always confirm with your pediatrician.
@Celinee 3 meals is too much for an 8.5 month old baby. The aim is to be on 3 meals by 12 months. Milk should still be their main source of nutrition. It’s also incredibly dangerous to add anything to a milk bottle.
@Emily 3 meals is okay if you portion it correctly. Nobody is saying to give the baby a feast! It’s all about the portion size.
Might be worth making the meals smaller. Milk is meant to be their main source of nutrition until 1. Their stomach is roughly the size of their closes fist is that helps.
Waaaaay too much water! It’s meant to be sips. Food should not be replacing the bottles. I’d cut down on the food and water x
