Anyone's baby still in a carrier

I guess they are more toddlers now. My little girl I just becoming a nightmare in the push chair recently which has made it difficult to take out when she wants to be running around and I'm pushing/watching the pram. Wondering if anyone still goes out with just the carrier and letting their kiddos run around.

Unfortunately mine is the opposite- she absolutely HATES the carrier, ever since she started crawling she hated it, I assume because she didn't have the freedom to move around!

@Alix I just tried it and we had a good 10 minutes walk and now she wants to be down. 😅

@Gemma my little boy is 2 in 3 weeks and I use a toddler carrier for him as he didn’t fit the smaller boxier type. He still fits in the sling wrap and loves it lol, but I find the toddler one I have a lot easier, especially when in a rush 😂. I found it a lot easier with that. Other than that, he’s generally ok in the pushchair (is at a point where he prefers world facing over parent facing tho) and if I do let him walk, I use the little toddler backpack reins idea so he’s kept close. The other day I looped it around the trolley so we did the food shop together and he was happy to be walking …did mean it took an hour rather than the 20 mins it usually would😂

Yes we still walk the dogs every morning with a carrier like we have done since 3 weeks old (14mo now) but if we go out shopping etc i find the buggy easier because she can snack on the go 🤣
