No, but I use it for myself for restlessness and it helps a lot for me. Talk to your pediatrician.
Yes. We started using liquid magnesium at about 13 months and definitely an improvement. He’s not sleeping through, but we’ve gone from 8+ wakes and false starts to 1-2 wakes and longer stretches over night
We use the balm you put on the soles of their feet and it’s made my girl so much more relaxed x
I unfortunately had the opposite reaction with the magnesium whi h can happen. We tried the liquid drops and the lotion and they made her more restless but I think my girl just doesn't like to sleep 😂 i take magnesium for myself and it seems to help her sleep as well since I exclusively breastfeed
Yes but I honestly think it was a waste of time. We tried the mighty kids ones. Didn’t make a difference to sleep!
@Sami I have just asking if anyone else has used it or thought to 🙃
@Emily wow that’s a difference .. my son 15 months and has like 8 wake 😅 just wanted to see how everyone else got on if they have
@Liv oh nice haven’t heard of this at all will have a look fr
@Jasmine at least there’s an avenue bless you
@La-Verne one of those things where I don’t know if it is *the* thing, but too scared to stop 😂 there was one night my husband forgot to give it to him and it was a shocker, so I won’t be without it now
@Emily 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is all I needed babe.. how many days til it actually worked?
@La-Verne I think maybe 3 - 5 days? I definitely feel like it was fairly quick! Best of luck 🤞🏻
@La-Verne I do remember now the false starts went pretty much straight away and personally that made the world of difference. It felt like I actually had chance to relax before bed
@Emily heaven sent ! Gonna give it a go haha xx

I used the magnesium balm on the feet and it made him so restless! Ive heard it really helped other though. I use the mighty kids magnesium liquid and it really really helped us but I also know it doesn't work for everyone. Xxx
I tried it but it made no difference, but then it turned out my son has enlarged adenoids and tonsils and that's likely why he has such bad sleep. Although he's not improving again after surgery and I'm considering trying again.
Yes once he turned 2 ! And it’s made a huge improvement to his sleep. He’s also a lot less fidget through the night too. I also use magnesium balm on my legs and feet when feeling restless or getting cramps.
Personally unless a child has severe additional needs I wouldn’t give them anything additional to sleep. I always made sure my child was nice and full with a big bottle of milk and fully winded before bed to support him to feel full. This ensured he would sleep through. Research how to get a good sleep routine going as there’s plenty of books and resources out there xx
@Bethany this is not a first option thing but okay If you think it is or everything you’ve stated hasn’t been done. Good for you 🙂
Following as debating using this.
