Posting your child on social media

Do you post your children’s faces on social media? I did but now I keep reading posts that’s putting me off doing it about AI and things ,just wanted peoples opinions as my family say I’m silly if I stop. So do you/don’t you?

I personally don't. For the sake of her privacy. People do take your child's image and make it do horrible, vile things. So, to protect her, i don't post her. Lol, people didn't even i was pregnant 🤣 If your family want to see her, they can ask for pictures personally

No I blur my baby’s face out. Once you put your child’s face on the internet it can never be taken down again, it will always be there somewhere. You never know who is following you even if you’re a private account if they’re a pedo or not. Deep fakes are now becoming increasingly more common on CP sites, where they take innocent photos and make them into pornographic videos. It’s disgusting. I also wouldn’t put out personal information out there about your child because of trafficking. We do live in a scary world, human trafficking is the biggest money making industry in the world. You aren’t wrong to protect your children at ALL. https://www.reddit.com/r/Millennials/s/5OspVaMRO5

Yes but not really on fb as I don’t really use it for that anymore. However if she goes to the library craft event or on her school fb page then yes. She enjoys seeing herself. And seeing as she did have a severe speech disorder it’s nice to see what she’s doing and looking happy.

Yes but very infrequently, I mostly send pictures directly to family members.
