Toddler acting out?

Yes. All the time. My daughter is 19 months and she is always calm and collective at school and usually with dad but once mom is around all hell breaks loose. It’s because we are their safe space. Kids typically don’t feel comfortable enough showing their true self, or just showing their emotions, to other adults. We are their first original safe place they feel safe enough to act like that around us because they know we are there for comfort and protection. I know though, hella annoying

Yup! It can be super frustrating but it’s completely normal and very common.

Ok I was wondering if it was just me. My grandmother watches him when i work in the office , which is only twice a month but she always says it like it’s a bad thing and it makes me feel bad.
