It can be linked to your pelvic floor! I’ve been doing core exercises to heal diastasis recti and strengthen the pelvic floor and my bum is coming back finally ☺️ might take some more squats but getting there!

Yes but I'm rather glad because my but was HUGE. Rather gifted in the bum area and always have been. Always been asked how many squats I do to get my bum and I'm like err I eat chocolate.... I'm hoping it stays so I can actually wear trousers without a belt 😹.....
So luckily I haven’t noticed it significantly BUT I literally read that it is a thing. It’s because your pelvic floor is weak so your glutes have basically retracted inwards to support your pelvic floor instead of giving you an ass basically 😭😭!!
