Also the car camera is person preference. We have the mirror for my first and will get another mirror for this baby. Never felt the need to get the camera when it’s so easy to look in the mirror. Also not sure if the camera needs charging or if it’s plugged in? X
I might be wrong, but I don't think the monitors are legal in the UK as they count as a screen.
I can’t see why a camera is needed in the car? A mirror is so easy. A night light from Amazon is good for night changes and make sure it has a red light to keep baby snoozy
We've went with the Tommee Tippee Gro Egg since it tells you the room temperature as well as being a nightlight. Love a multipurpose item 😂 x
We got the tommee tippee gro egg for 1st however found it to bright and didnt find temperature accurate, so ended up selling it and just used a plug in night light we already had in end. Would recommend royal rascal car mirror (never felt need for monitor) but mirror was handy and this one is wider than some so easy to see in mirror have just got another one for second. Recommend looking on fb often come up cheaply on there
I got a tonies for my girls first Christmas and I got the sheep that goes on top of it, and it is a nightlight with 4 settings and a 15 min timer and I love it. You don’t need the tonies for it to work. I’ll use that this time for night wake ups. It’s rechargeable and has a super long battery. You can use it with a tonies box for some soothing music too. (Seems it may now also be a bear night light) it isn’t the cheapest though as it is for the tonies so has the extra features for the music with the box etc. £30. Amazon look like they do some reasonably priced nightlights. For the car, we just use a mirror and I’ll just get another mirror for the other side for the new baby.
I thought a lot about the light for feeding/changing with my first but I never got one in the end as we have bedside wall lamps. In the end we literally used our phone torch and left the phone upside down or the bedside lamp. Don’t get anything fancy xx
