First time having sex after MMC

I've been nervous about having sex for the first time after my MMC, it's been nearly a month and I only recently stopped spotting (I have a malformation of my uterus that makes bleeding last longer). I wanted to have sex and I knew my husband did. It was fine but now that it's done I just want to cry. I don't know why exactly.
