I’ve been on it since January I was 182lbs I am now 140lbs . You can do it. I honestly feel amazing
@Cici Jay did you work out while on Zepbound? What was your diet like?
So at the start I did very little I started walking daily for 10 mins until I could walk up the hill and down without breathing heavily took about a month if i’m honest. In regards to food I was on a calorie deficit and low carb diet. So I would eat when only when hungry , boiled eggs, apples , bananas, one meal a day, dried apricots were my go to snack and sometimes that can mean not eating for two days with just liquids because it cause your stomach to shrink so much you are taking in very little. I fasted most of the time if I felt nauseous and drank loads of water along with ice.
@Cici Jay thank you for sharing! I'm currently walking as my work out. I will walk 6k to 10k steps. I mostly drink liquids as well but it's either a coffee or dirty coke. Dinners are usually chicken and rice
I found rice and pasta really heavy for me but yes chicken is great for protein and to avoid muscle waste as well as sagging. Don’t over do it hun if gets to a stage you are full do not continue listen to your body. I had occasions where I didn’t listen and ate something fried and let me tell you I threw up every time. Your body will be adapting to healthier meals.
