How are you all coping with induction boredom been here since this morning 4cm dilated but babies not low enough. I feel like I'm going insane with the waiting and if I watch any more Netflix I'm gonna cry 😢 😭

Have you tried / are able to walk around a bit?

@Hannah I've been able to leave and come back all day. I've walked around asda twice, but they don't want me to leave the ward when it's night staff due to getting back in

I’m currently being induced too! Been here since half 10 but only 1cm dilated, just keep thinking of meeting the baby which is getting me through it, but I’ll admit the boredom is next level x

Good that you’ve been moving about I can’t imagine the boredom. If you can think of things to do with your birth partner if they are there, or online games to play on the phone if you are alone. Fingers crossed baby moves down more soon!

@Hannah, it's awful right. I got moved to delivery and then back down because she moved back up. Never wanted a child out of me soo much in my life before

@Hannah, thanks and honestly love the man, but if he comes near me again today, I might be arrested 😂😂

Have they offered you a birthing ball? I sat on one constantly during the times I weren't allowed to leave the ward lol. My induction took 2 days, but baby was low enough quite early on, it was my cervix that weren't playing 🤣 x

Well after a long day it took 8 mins to push her out so that speed things up by alot 😂😂

@Nicola I brought my own she just kept moving once my waters were gone it was a case of moved and that's is but only 8 minutes until she was here

Ah omg congratulations!! I was definitely too late to this thread haha! Hope you're doing well! ❤️

Congratulations!! I hope you have a quick recovery and enjoy the little newborn bubble 💕
