Yes, but then it stopped when I went back to work. All that time sat behind a desk again!
I’m lowest been for long time in life, pre pregnancy. Need to get back exercising and eating right and I used to love my food and gyming. But I have no appetite right now as once done everything that needs doing can’t seem to muster up the energy to make anything for me, feel repulsed by food for me to personally eat yet will cook for my LO. It’s so bizarre, but I put it down to stress, tiredness, like you said no time to sit down when you want to etc
Yes mine kept dropping off me. Seems to have plateaued for now. I was worried too last year . I try to eat a lot of good fats like nuts etc
I dropped dress size 14 to a 10 my son 15 months only really started trying after he turned a year. And it was fasting and only eating from 1 pm to 7 pm no snacks only rice cakes or fruit. And smaller portions but still eating what I want. I’m not got time towork out but it’s been working for me

unintentional weight loss here too, put it down to breastfeeding and being less sedentary although I exercised a lot more before so honestly who knows. I’m a “healthy” weight but the lowest I’ve been for quite a while for me. I’m eating absolutely loads
Yes! I’ve lost loads!! I have definitely dropped a dress size and I’m not doing anything different.
