Teething tips

Avi has not been sleeping good at night and she’s fussy all the time. I know this is all apart of teething but is there anything I could do to help her??? It’s breaking my heart.

It’s such a rough time! No one warned me about how hard it is to watch your baby be in pain and discomfort. I was reading that the two front top teeth are the worst of the teeth to come in because of all the nerve endings in the gums. Once you get past those two teeth it becomes a lot easier! So know that the phase will pass soon 💛 My daughter had a really hard time and I tried a lot of different things but I found that gently rubbing liquid infant Tylenol on the gum line works. You can even keep it in the fridge and that can help numb the gums. Depending on age you can also have them chew on cold celery sticks.

Mommy’s bliss organic soothing gel is $11 dollars on Amazon. It’s probably a 8/10 for actually helping, but it is all natural and healthier than Tylenol. (You can keep it in the fridge too)

@Naomi Why chew on celery sticks??

Definitely baby paracetamol (Panadol in Australia) and some teething gel, it'll help them not be in pain for long enough to go to sleep

My boy suffered with his teeth something fierce , what I found that helped him was giving him something to sink his teeth into and I put a raspberry dummy in the freezer for use at bed time helped his teeth enough so he could get to sleep
