I have the same, midwife advised Bumps website to check medication but everything seems to have a caveat. Apparently loratodine is ok
You can always ask a pharmacist and they can help advise you on what’s safe to take
My midwife said Loratadine was the only ok one to have. Even though the box says otherwise..
A lot of the nasal sprays, including steroid type ones, I found great for relieving symptoms - especially if they're mostly nasal. Your pharmacist will be well placed to advise on all the options.
@Kat @Jess my midwife says the same thing, even though the box says otherwise. I think it’s because they can’t do mass testing on pregnant women. Mine is worse at night and stops me sleeping but I’ve been taking the odd tablet when I’m really desperate.
