Confused help 😪

Is there a possibility that I might be pregnant, or am I just losing my mind, is there a really faint line ? I'm currently four days late, and about ten days before my expected period, I experienced very light bleeding that lasted for three days on and off. It wasn't enough to require a pad or tampon, so I doubt that was my period. Now, after that test i just posted I've been testing negative, even with a Clear Blue digital test that says "not pregnant." I'm feeling really confused and need some advice! I can't seem to reach my doctors to get an appointment for a blood test. 😔😪
