This might be a silly question but yall remember when we had vaccine cards and it had EVERY vaccine and when we would get one the dr would fill it out. And it was kind of your parent responsibility to keep it. How do we get one? I don’t want a print out. I want to have one thing that gets filled out every time we go to the Dr. do those even still exist?

There’s probably a checklist online you can follow or even review from your Dr or birthing hospital.
I bought a book off of Amazon that I intended to fill out everytime mine gets a vaccine. Hasn't happened yet but that's my plan.
I would call and see if your doctor can print out your baby's records I need to do the same. Ours mysteriously disappeared.
@Yadi yea. I just didn’t want to rely on doctors to keep track. I’ve switched pediatricians because we moved 3 times and they keep asking me for records and I turn them in but they keep loosing it. I just want to be responsible for one piece of paper. It’s just easier than asking for a print out but they don’t even have it updated.
they gave me on at the hospital when i gave birth
We still got one… both times actually lol
In 2021 & now 2024
We got it at the hospital but I’m sure they have one at the Drs office because my husband asked for a paper for one of his proof of vaccination for his job..
I can log into my kids account and print all of their shot records easily
