Best nappy rash cream?
Baby’s got this rash kinda thing on bottom, he pood the other day and was changed just after we finished his tea, within minutes, the rest of his bum is okay just abit red right in the middle then this, it doesn’t seem sore and I can clean him without it it bothering him so doesn’t seem he’s in pain, I’m just a worrier and feel like I’ve got to take him a&e!! The poo it appeared after wasn’t solid it was very liquidy.
I’ve switched between metanium and sudocrem on it every nappy changed so that’s why it’s white, but running out of Metanium that has always sorted nappy rash so quick but it’s running very low. he’s currantly having no nappy time to try air it out.
Any advice please?

I’d go doctors for something x
Rinse him in water instead of wiping then air dry then put cream on
@Danielle we’ve started to use this as well after metanium. Sudosalve is also good and we send this with him to nursery as it doesn’t have nut oil
@Emily we have sudosalve at nursery and weleda at home and the tiniest bit of metanium left 😂
