Baby’s first thunderstorm
So we are starting to have our thunderstorm season here in Nebraska and am curious if anyone has experiences with newborns and storms? My baby doesn’t really wake up to loud noises but I’m afraid of the crazy loud thunder we get here. Do you think it could wake up my baby or scare him? Or is this not typical for a two month old. Ftm so I have no idea what to expect lol

and btw my son is very jumpy in his sleep so this says alot
I usually play thunderstorm sleep sounds for my boys so they don’t really know the difference.
We just had probably the worst storm I’ve seen in a few years my 2 month old was unphased lol I think it may have actually been comforting!
@Alaysia I’m definitely hoping for the same!! I just have this vision of him waking up scream crying so definitely hoping not that 😅

None of mine have ever been woken up by thunderstorms as babies that I recall. I think my oldest may have been woken up by 1 once when she was like three or four?

had a bad thunderstorm couple weeks ago my son slept like a baby lmao he never slept deeper
