October born here and we have the same issue!
Oh we have this currently too x
Mine normally wakes up at 5 for milk then goes back to sleep. Then I have to wake her up at 730 for nursey ..its hardddddd
yeah I don’t remember the last time we slept past 5.30am. I’ve tried everything too so honestly i’ve just accepted we have an early riser. I make sure i’m asleep by 10 every night to make up for it
Haha oh I’m glad I’m not the only one 🥹 he only has 20 minute nap during the day and up to bed at 6:45pm but still awake at 5am
Is it totally dark in the room? We've just got an extra stick on blackout blind as the roller blind we have was letting in loads of light. It's only been a couple of nights but I think it's helping.
@Helia
5ish wake up stays in cot talking to himself and rolling round until 6 ish
6 - milk
12-2 nap (we were cutting it to 1.5 hours but made no difference
7pm bed
@Ellie try pushing nap to 12:30 or 1pm and like you said cap it at 2 hours max! Try bedtime at 7:30/8 due to later nap! What helped us was extending that first wake window!
If you're changing routine i believe you're meant to stick at it for ten days to allow time to adjust.
We have an early riser who is also low sleep needs, we have had to reduce his nap to 1 hr and we are now getting 8-6
I’m having the same issue! I’ve tried changing nap times and bed times and no different! I’m convinced he could go to bed at mid night and still wake at 5:30 😂
We have the same issue except it’s 4:30am. He goes back to sleep about half 5 and wakes at 7. It’s a nightmare as I’m up at 6 for work.
Seems to have been he must have been cold or not cosy, changed from duvet back to sleep bag and straight away he slept until 640!
