Hi ladies!
My son turns 10 weeks this week and recently he’s been “crying” when he is sleeping? I use “” because he makes the crying sound but a second later will go back to sleep- he never opens his eyes but he stirs around and then boom back to totally asleep..? He will do it for around 2-3 mins and then falls back asleep but other times he really cries hard so I come get him and try to sooth him.
Anyone else’s baby doing this and what is best to do😭 I don’t know if he’s fr crying or not and I fear waking him unintentionally

I’m not sure what is best to do but if he soothes himself back to sleep that’s good you could wait a little if you know he’s fed doesn’t need a diaper change or a burp
Mine does the same. I read that its like them dreaming.
I usually just shush her and leave my hand on her. This typically calms her down.
Yes! That’s active sleeping. If they are not awake, just let them do. You are already doing what should be done, if you go and try to sooth them and wake them up I read that then you are disrupting their sleep patterns. I go pick up mine once she opens her eyes and cries loud, then she’s awake and needs attention 🙂
