10 month old tomorrow, baby girl suffered with reflux as a newborn but cleared up with infant gaviscon and we stoppped that about 4 months old. Been on same milk (Kendamil) mam or tommee bottles- dunno if that matters. Been feeding fine today, normal food, no fully solids or allergens & normal nappies but gave her a top up of milk before bedtime which she always has & she’s projectile vomited EVERYWHERE. It’s just milk & a bit of curdled milk and she’s right as rain now but I’m just googling and seeing the worst, should I phone 111? Or can anyone think what it could be please or reassure me, thank you so much:( I won’t sleep tonight lol and checking owlet every 2 mins

If no other symptoms then I think she’s fine. Sometimes they’ve had too much, or something was not sitting well in the tummy. She might vomit one more time, just be wary of that. If she vomits ALOT more, then I’d be concerned it’s gastro.
My daughter has done that a few times in the night into toddler years. Just randomly. So I assume it was just reflux.
My daughter had reflux and she vomited a huge mess before it really freaked us out. We took her to the ER and she was fine. If it eases your mind take her into the ER or can call the number you provided.
Call your pediatrician they should have a 24h medical help line. they’ll tell you what to do and always listen to your mom guy
My babies reflux was like this, she would do a massive vom like once a week (sometimes twice), but be totally fine after. I was told its just very mild reflux.
We just let her decide when she is done feeding even if she hasnt finished a bottle. We only feed when she gives hunger cues and not at routine times and this reduced the vomiting xx
