Yes! I am 3 mos too and just started noticing a bit more hair coming out than usual. I started taking a post partum hairloss supplement, but I'm not totally in love with it so will keep looking for one I like better. I also consume bone broth daily for the collagen.
Yess! My hair is falling out everywhere 😩 it’s so annoying because I’m now finding myself picking it out of everything, to include my babies grubby little fingers lmao
Yes, it’s so bad! I’m scared I’m going to be bald when I get out of the shower or brush my hair 😩
Make sure you're taking your prenatals!
Prenatal and hair loss supplement. I’ve heard nutraful is good and the brand hers also has one
Omg yes. I used a few drops of rosemary essential oil in a palm full of shampoo and my before an after was insane. I can show you pictures
I only used the tea tree oil for the dermatitis I also had postpartum
@Shantol damn!! This is so helpful thank you
Yes, almost 4 months & I’ve noticed this. From what I’ve researched, Dermatologist say it’s completely normal. When you’re pregnant due to hormones your hair cycle turns on overdrive & then when you’re postpartum the hair cycle starts to go back to normal. So you’re only loosing the new growth you grew during pregnancy. It should stop by the time your baby is a year old. Using topical treatments like Rogain will only work as long as you’re using it. There’s also not much clinical research in regard to supplements effectiveness. You basically have to suck it up.
Me too!!! Also with our rainbow baby!!! I was told to continue prenatals!
