lol I’m sho worried lol I be trying make the baby move go to the emergency room or sum to see wats going on
@Pebbles it could also depend on your placenta placement. If it’s in front where your belly is you may not feel the baby just yet until they’re a lot bigger. If your placenta is below covering your cervix you’ll experience a bit of bleeding. If your placenta is at the back you’ll definitely feel a lot of the movement.
Do not try and make baby move or worry until after 28 weeks. Kick counting doesn't start till after that.
Movement also depends on the placement of the placenta. Some woman dont feel anything until after 20 weeks.
Hey my placenta is placed at the front
@Pebbles if placement is in the front then that could be why you can’t feel your baby yet. But I hear sometimes the placenta can move around a bit so fingers crossed you’ll be able to feel your baby soon
@Pebbles definitely do not worry then! Anterior placentas work as a cusion to babies kicks. Its harder to feel them until much later.
With my first I had a posterior placenta and felt him as early as 15 weeks.
Pregnant with my second and I have an anterior placenta and just barely started feeling her move. I am 20 weeks. Kicks are very faint and inconsistent which is also just totally normal at this stage.
Okok thank you so much
20 weeks here with 2nd baby and just now feeling a little flutters but nothing as much as my first. I totally understand the nervousness. We had anatomy scan yesterday and baby was wiggling away, just not feeling it so definitely gave me peace. Hang in there!!
I'm almost 21 weeks old, and I've finally started feeling baby move regularly
No everyone is different. Some women feel it later, especially if it is your first pregnancy. But, always call your OBGYN if you need extra reassurance. 😇
It also depends on where the placenta is located. Posterior, you will feel movement faster, but anterior you won't feel it for some time
Movement isn't consistent at this point. Im almost 19 weeks and barely feel my twins because I have an anterior placenta. I could feel my babies that had a posterior placenta a lot more but they still weren't consistent until later.
This is my second pregnancy and I’ve hardly felt a lot of movement. It was the same for the first.
