I’m starting with cow and gate because people I know have used it without issue.

We started with SMA (brand I used with my other children 10+ years ago) but getting hold of it was a nightmare, local Asda didn't ever have it in stock/out on shelves, I don't know if Tesco don't stock it but we get our weekly shop delivered and it wasn't on their site to order. In the end we went with Aldi's own brand, cost wise it's cheapest, I found the formula to be nicer consistency than sma. My daughter has reflux issues and while I can't say it's fixed anything it hasn't made it any worse and I'm happy enough to continue giving it to her.
I used Cow & Gate. It’s affordable and easily available unlike some brands I read about. My daughter hasn’t had any issues with it.
Why you girls choose formula over breast milk? I'm not against it at all, I'm expecting my first and can't decide what's best xxx what's are pros and cons
@Lulu i exclusively pumped for 3 months then i combi fed for another 2 months and then went to formula.. i wasn’t sure if i wanted to breast feed at all and he didn’t take to the boob as he was lazy so i decided to pump which i quite enjoyed! I decided to add a bit of formula at 3 months to see if he would go longer stretches at night (which did work for us but of course doesn’t for everyone) my supply then started to dip as I wasn’t pumping as much so I decided to just stop pumping at 5 months and carry on with formula as he was getting on well with it x
Hipp organic
Doesn’t matter how your baby is fed. I couldn’t breast feed and the amount of looks I got because I was bottle feeding. As long as your baby is being fed, that’s all that matters! I used cow & gate.
SMA pro x
SMA was really good for us
We use sma little steps, one of the cheapest on the market and doesn’t contain palm oil and fish oil. By law all formulas need to have the same nutritional value. Obviously every baby is different and some get on with one better than the other but my LG has gotten on with this one fine! Can’t complain for £7.95 a tin 😂
The best of all time , is Kendamil organic , is honestly the best choice I have ever made
We started with cow & gate our little girl didn’t get on with this with her reflux so tried cow & gate anti reflux this didn’t work either. We then tried Aptamil that didn’t work for her reflux and now we have finally settled on Anti reflux by Aptamil and she seems really happy on it! I would definitely say it all depends on your baby and what they are like when they are born xx
That’s really helpful. Thanks girls
My first was on aptamil and had awful reflux , changed to cow and gate and was fine xx but every baby is different
