My 6 weeks old is refluxy, but I am reluctant to try and burp him as he falls asleep on the breast, so I keep him upright ish for 20mins after a feed instead and he is fine most of the time
I don’t burp him at night if he’s sleepy by default. He soon tells me if there is a problem and he needs it, which is rare.
