I have a 4.5 month old, I separated from her knob of a dad at 8 weeks pregnant so over a year now. Is it too soon to start dating/ having a dating profile online? Will I be judged for being a single mum? (I don’t think there’s anything wrong with single mums)
He’s still in baby’s life and we co parent so I do have limited “free time”

Learn more about our guidelines.I think this is something where the only person who has the right answer is you. My baby is 8 months old and we've been on our own since she was8 weeks old and I don't feel like I'm ready or could keep up with dating but that doesn't mean others wouldn't be.
If you feel like you're ready and want to try then go for it. If it's too soon I feel like you'll feel it once you start and then can always take a break and wait longer if you feel the need.
Some people might swipe left and avoid or judge you for being a single mum but that's more a them issue than a you issue and is for the best. The right person won't judge or think badly of it. I have a guy friend who is nice, good looking, great personality and could have just about anyone. He connected well with a single mum and they're now together and he treats her and her kids like royalty. The right person won't mind and will still put in the work
Whenever you are ready girl! If you think you are go for it. There are plenty of men that are perfectly fine with dating single mommy’s 🫶🏻
Good luck 🥰
It's completely up to whether or not you feel ready to date. I started going on dates when my daughter was about 4 months and I had left her dad at about 30 weeks pregnant. We also sort of co-parent. If you feel like you are ready, then I don't see an issue with it.
Do it when you’re ready. My son is 8 and I’m very happily single
