My baby is 5 weeks old and won’t go back into the Moses basket after the first night feed. She hasn’t always been like this, only as of recent since she started getting trapped wind that caused her to wake up after a few minutes of being lay back down. I have burped, kept up and had her asleep on me for sometimes hours before putting her back in the Moses basket but she always does the same thing. It’s only after this feed!! How do I get her back in? I can’t sit up for hours on end holding her during the night it’s exhausting me!

If she goes down for a nap in the day then try and get a nap in because the sleep deprivation is a killer! We also use infacol for wind which seems to help her get really big burps out and then she’s got less trapped wind x
Currently going through the same thing and Infacol seems to have helped! We have had some nights where we couldn’t put him down at all but tried Infacol as a last resort and either it’s a miracle or it was just a short phase but he’s started sleeping much better. Going to stop the Infacol tonight and see what happens 🤞🏻
