My period is 3 days late, I took this test this morning. Is that a line? And if it is, is that dark enough?

@Rosie is this too faint for how past ovulation I am?
No!
That’s positive! Congratulations!
@Linda thank you, I’m just so scared it’s going to be a chemical as it’s so faint
It’s a good line for 3 days late. Test again for piece of mind with first wee of the morning. Should be darker in a couple of days
@Linda thank you x
I see it!
A line is a line! With my son my lines were faint the entire time and he’s almost 2. Congratulations 🥰
@Shannon oh really! With my previous 2 pregnancies I only used digital so didn’t have any of this second guessing!
Hcg doubles every 2 days. So you need to test tomorrow morning & compare that to the first test x
My money is still on positive ☺️☺️
I’ll check again tomorrow, but really feel like I’m about to come on. I’ve got my first fertility telephone appointment in a few weeks as we had all the tests done by our gp, I don’t suppose anyone knows if it’s ok to mention this (if it does end in an early loss) or will it reset the clock and we have to wait another year?
It may just be taking longer to double which can happen, sometimes it isn’t every 2 days in the beginning it can be longer.
It could also be an impending chemical pregnancy (early loss) as this also happened to me with my loss, the tests got lighter instead of darker. I hope that’s not the case for you xx
I’m not sure lovely. You might just have to wait and see if it gets darker😔x
I’m going to try a different brand of tests, should I just hold my wee for 4 hours or best to wait again till morning?
Try another test this morning. You don’t need to hold your wee for 4 hours x
Wait till morning definetely x
