How do people feel about having a baby on Friday 13th?
Would you avoid this date if possible?
Is it all just silly? Am i overthinking it?
Is there anyone who knows anybody born on Friday 13th? Lol. Are they unlucky? Is there anyone who feels like theres some weight to the old superstition?
Just curious what people think?
Thanks.

I was born on the 13th. Admittedly, it was a Monday, but as a child, I used to tell friends that it was Fri 13th just for a bit of a laugh 😅 I think it makes for some amusing stories for the child sometime down the line!
It’s an arbitrary date - in Spain it’s Tuesday 13th and not Friday that’s considered bad luck! So I don’t think it makes a difference personally.
@Charlotte such a fun fact! I did not know that. Thanks! 😊
@Magda you’re welcome! Love a fun fact 😁
I'm due to have my c section on Friday 13th and not bothered at all 😅 x
I know I’m being silly, but I’ll be 34 weeks and both my sister and sister-in-law had premature labour then, so it makes me antsy. Even though logically I know I’m being ridiculous. 🤣
@Donna totally! I might be joking around but I'm totally with you - pregnancy has changed me and not in ways that I would have predicted at all! I pretty much seem to have abandoned my old self to just obsess over baby stuff and baby facts - who knew people could change so much! 😅 🤷 And why does everyone always say people don't change? Like, pregnancy is the biggest life changing experience I ever had and I am honestly fascinated by what happens to me when baby is born!
I’m having a planned c-section. I don’t consider myself superstitious but I knew that if my c-section was booked for Friday the 13th I would’ve asked to change the date.
I almost did have my little girl on Friday 13th 😆😅
