Baby stopped developing 6 weeks ago and complications/scar tissue from a d&c make me nervous. Especially since I had a c-section with my daughter 15ish months ago. I would like to wait but also want to move forward.

I took the medication around 8/9am and I passed most of the clots at 1am in the morning. It was a slow buildup for me, some people do react a lot quicker. But I did pretty much pass everything first time, I passed a second clot about an hour or 2 later and then it was like a normal heavy period.
It does build up to intense cramps, and I would say key things are adult nappies, comfy clothes, hot water bottle to ease cramps (this really helped take the cramps off)
I passed everything with no complications and have gone on to have 2 further successful pregnancies.
