I have 1 month old twins and they have never latched so I pump and bottle feed but not enough. I tried so many things to build milk supply. Anyone have suggestions? Maybe I’ll see some I have not yet tried.

I’m struggling with the same thing. I’ve cycled through multiple pumps I was told to drink so much water that I pee like when I was pregnant. Eat a lot more. Decrease stress and up my protein. Most of all keep pumping regularly. Honestly if my supply doesn’t increase by the time I return to work then I’ll just stop. It’s definitely difficult and stressful when your baby doesn’t latch. Latching is what aids the milk supply.
My supply actually started off great. I was making more than my baby needed. Now it’s depleted
@Philnecia I bought a nipple shield and it helped them latch for like 3 days but that’s it. Dr says my boobs and nipples are too big and since they were preemies it may take them awhile to latch. I still try but I’m afraid they never will.
I am only pumping as well. Water, protein in diet, add electrolytes into water. Also oatmeal and lentils in diet. Or supplements: I use two different pumps a spectra and mom cozy wearable pumps. And power pump 3 days a week in a row.
