Agreed to everything said above! 😊 These are wise women. I’d only add seeing a chiropractor that specializes in maternity once a week or every two weeks. I swear it helped open my pelvic floor and prevent tearing during delivery (and I had a BIG baby).
Go get a pedicure! You need to relax and sleep as much as possible.
Oh! And get a lactation consultant on speed dial! Honestly that’s someone I’d connect with even before a pediatrician!! You’ll want that support ASAP because nursing can be pretty challenging !
High protein diet! Like 100 grams a day will help prevent a lot of issues, help your baby grow well, and help YOU feel great! Also MAGNESIUM! take it at night before bed for awesome sleep and great prevention 🥳💕
A lot of the ladies have said everything already. What my husband and I did for our last month before baby was go out to eat to all of the restaurants that we always wanted to go to. It was expensive but worth it!
If you’re a movie buff go watch late night movies.
Enjoy your time together!
