Cured meats in pregnancy?

What is everyone’s opinion on eating cured meats during pregnancy?
I am 26w and I had kept off eating cured meats until last week as I know of the risks associated with it but I honestly love all sorts of cured meats so much I couldn’t cope with having none anymore!
I am also Italian so keeping away from parma ham has been so hard for me as I was used to having it so often!
So I went to tesco last week and bought some i tried getting the one that was matured for 20 months (it was the most they had) as the more they mature the “safer” it is considered and now I feel so guilty but I genuinely love it!
In italy it is not considered so risky to be honest, everyone even pregnant has it but I just wanted to know everyone’s opinion on it!

If they are cooked, it should be fine. Do not risk eating the cold ones.

First pregnancy I didn’t touch anything I shouldn’t. This pregnancy I have eaten anything including cured meats as I researched the risks and they are so so so so tiny

I still have them in things like sandwitches or pizza but I cook them and have hot which kills anything x

Any cured meat I’ve had has been cooked. But I do understand what you’re saying from your cultural pov it’s seen as less of a risk.
Even though it say you can have certain cheeses if they’re piping hot, I’ve avoided them as well!
