I hide chocolate in the bathroom and lock myself in there when I need a break lol 🍫
I hide my favorite jelly beans from my daughter. Worked really well for a whole 3 months until she found them last night. Dang her!
I love this post!! My mom confession is that I nurse my daughter to sleep because I hate her throwing a fit to go to sleep.
Once in awhile, I like to dress my son in white and cover him with my daughters baby blankets and put a little bow in his hair to pretend he’s my daughter from 5 years ago. They could be twins!! 😬😬😬

My mom confession is I tell my husband we need something from the grocery store so I can go and be alone for 20 minutes 😬 I’m going to soak my feet in the tub from now on too!

🤣 I do this about twice a week. Usually when the kids go crazy so my husband can deal with them and appreciate what I do more lol
My confession is when I don’t feel like playing with the kids, and I want to relax, I’ll take out all the blankets and build a fort with their bunk beds so they’ll hide out in there for awhile while I watch Netflix and watch them on the baby monitor 😂

I can’t wait til my kids are old enough to really appreciate blanket forts!
When I am not ready for the morning yet I will let my kids watch Netflix for about an hour so that I can read and drink my coffee in peace before we jump into the day.
Sometimes I can’t wait for nap time because she is asleep and I can’t do what.
Sometimes I tell my husband that my daughter was a handful during the day so we can go out to eat.. really I’m just too lazy to cook or get anything done around the house 😐

At my nightly pump session I would pump my normal 15 minutes with the light on my pump (a spectra) and then turn the pump off but keep the light on so my husband thought that I was still pumping. That way I could continue scrolling Facebook for an extra ten minutes while he got the baby ready for bed. Lol. His own fault that he can’t even notice that the pump isn’t making noise!

I have been counting down the days to back to work, I can’t wait to let other people take care of my son some of the time.
She gets limited screen time of stuff that I tell myself is “educational” but I really just want her to stop climbing all over me for JUST. FIVE. MINUTES.
I take an extra $5 out when I put gas so I have extra spending money (for ME) when I go shopping.

I was told I couldn’t have kids, 3 years later I ended up pregnant. Now i have a 3 month old and I’m a stay at home mom (and my hubby wants me to be until she’s 2) anyway all I can think about is going back to work so someone else can watch baby and I can pretend my life is not being ruled by a miniature human 😂 I just wished I could have some days “off”

Lol. It’s so hard, but I just keep reminding myself that one day my little one will be able to wipe her own bottom and take care of herself. Are you a SAHM by choice or necessity?

My mom confession is that I tell my oh I don’t feel well so I can sit in the bathroom on my phone without having a baby trying to climb in the bath😅

My confession is that meatballs are my best friends for the past couple of days. I don’t feel like cooking, so I’ve been making instant pot pasta and meatballs. The kiddo loves it! 😬
Sometimes, I pretend I’m dead asleep when I hear the baby take a massive poop after he wakes up in the morning (co-sleeping). That way my SO has to get up and change him and I get my few extra minutes 🤣😍

When I put my son down to nap then I flipped on the TV, sound is off and caption on...I run into the kitchen and either eat half a container of Nutella with the spoon or I get a packet of hot chocolate and pour into a cup of water over and over again for a half hour straight! Then I’ve got to get up and do laundry/clean but first I must have my fix!
I hide in my closet and eat my favorite foods so I don’t have to share with my babies 🤷🏼♀️
I tell my husband I still have to pee often throughout the night, just like in pregnancy, because of hormones... so that I can get breaks from crying infant and he does the work. 😬😬
No matter how tired I am, I always read during his naps or when he goes to bed. reading comics on my phone is my “me” time and it’s the best 😂 I especially love the romantic stories! Lol
I eat all my little ones baby snacks and tell my hubby the baby ate them all so he can buy us more ☺️
If i hear (or smell) my baby having a nasty poop, I’ll wait a couple minutes and hope his father will notice or walk in the room so he can change the babies diaper instead of me. He enjoys it and i do not. 🤢
When my kids didn’t know how to read , I used to read the last word of every line of every page of a story and be done in ten minutes. Lol.
This hasn’t happened often I swear!! I work full time and there may have been a time or two on my day off with my Little one I honestly didn’t feel like doing chores all day so we hung out all day and played and maybe an hour or 2 before dad came home we started master cleaning (hard vacuuming) so it seemed like we were busy all day 😇 Dad didn’t notice the difference lol

some days i just let my child get herself snacks all day so i don’t have to cook. and what i do make is in the microwave 😞 i feel guilty because providing healthy food has always been important to me. then again i havent been able to walk in 5 weeks (on crutches) so... justified laziness??😰

haha. i posted this 3 months ago and it’s so funny to look back on it! i can walk again (not running marathons or mall walling mind you, but i can get around the house) i do make us food but i don’t cook big meals like i used to. her daddy works the night shoft amd it’s hard to want to cook and then clean up when it’s just you and a kid who won’t eat all her vegetables lol. usually we have sandwiches or salads or chicken. sometimes she has a mac n cheese cup. if ue ever gets back on a daytime schedule i wouod be so happy lol
We do what's calleda whatever night in our house when mommy/daddy don't feel like cooking. Something easy like Raman or mac n cheese cups lol
I found out I could control what my son is watching from my phone to the t.v. So when it’s time for bath I just put on bath songs for kids. First time it happened he turned the tv off came upstairs and said someone is controlling the t.v.I told him it’s Santa.Ever since then he believes Santa is watching and does what’s needed by me. LOL.

I'll tell my husband I need to go and get wipes for our daughter, so he'll give me cash. I'll go to target by myself and walk around for a while and then go to Starbucks and spend the money he gave me. Little does he know, we still have wipes from our baby shower 🤷🏽♀️🙃😬
