Absolutely nothing worked for me until it stopped at 6 months.
Ginger biscuits!! I lived on them xx
I had morning sickness the whole of my pregnancy and the only thing that seemed to work were sucking boiled mints or Kendal mint cake
I make fizzy water in my soda stream then add in juice of half a lemon, freshly grated ginger and a pinch of salt. Helps me through the day at work so so much!
I constantly had mints with me! And put peppermint essential oil‘s on my wrist And in the air
Peppermint oil, mint gum, ginger oil, and what helped me: seaweed (especially salty seaweed snacks)
I had five elements Acupunture which removed my sickness after suffered for over 4 months
Agree with lots of the above. Another thing I find that really helps mine is snacking even when you don’t feel like it. Hunger seems to make mine worse xx
Ginger biscuits x
Vicks vapour rub is my new go to. No more smells and I slather it all around my nose. Bliss
Pepermint or DigestZen. Quality. I'd be weary of YL. They have a long history of being shady and an open class action.
Gingernut biscuits, a bottle of original lucozade
I wore sea bands! I feel like those with ginger chews and ginger ale really helped me. I wore them all day and night for 4 months.
Peppermint tea ♥️♥️

Pepermint oil.. dab it between ur nostrils. Works miracles.. use in humidifer at night. Just take it with you everywhere. Good luck. Make sure ingredients say pepermint oil only and has no additives to it. Whole foods is a good place to get it.
Peppermint oil form young living and Ningxia Red were god set while I was pregnant!!🙌🏻
Peppermint essential oil
Ginger & lemon tea or ginger ale worked really well for me
Crackers and gingerale helped me. Peppermint... I know many Mama’s who smoked marijuana to help ease nausea (please dont comment to me about how that is bad, not your business or mine so sshh), there is also something you can talk to your dr about getting but it is VERY expensive if youre not covered. Good luck Mama.
Digestzen all the way!
Preggy pop drops worked wonders for me!
I had nausea my whole pregnancy but sea bands- the wristlets you can buy at a drug store- helped immensely.
Ginger / mango candy from GNC
Jolly rancher candies to suck on. I had nausea bad with both my kids. I eventually got Vitamin B shots and it went away.

There are essential oils that help me with nausea and I've heard tons of testimonials on them for pregnancy nausea and what not!
I realized in the second trimester I was only nauseous on days I had cereal for breakfast. It ended up being milk that was making me sick. I switched to almond milk and the nausea went away.
I drank ginger tea. It gave me an appetite.
Try ginger candy and Pregnancy Pops
I did Diclegis and Gingins, a ginger candy. Also, this may sound weird but sometimes just allowing yourself to be in a quiet room can help, but I realize this can be hard if you already have a little one!
Zofran. It was a lifesaver.
Dicglegis prescribed by my doctor was the only thing that helped me
Love that pic!
The only thing that helped me was zofran the dr prescribed me
Soup was my life savor with crackers. But I felt with morning sickness until my son was born it went from napping every day until the third trimester then it happens once a week like clock work
Saltine crackers was the only thing that helped my nausea.
Teddy grahams or just regular graham crackers. Saltines made me so sick and I was tired of them but the sweetness from the graham crackers helped me eat them and keep them down
Candied ginger.
I used the preggo pops. I've heard that the sea bands (accupressure) that go on your wrists can help too.
Vitamin B6 helped me.

Oh also my obgyn prescribed me unisom, the only thing about that it’s also like a sleeping aid so it makes you drowsy! It was the only thing that really helped but I didn’t take it much besides before bed or if I wasn’t doing anything
I had terrible nausea every day I couldn’t keep anything down... try water with lemon, preggo pops (candy) ginger (you can get chewable ginger tablets) or ginger tea :)
Fresh ginger worked for me. Chewing on it, or grating it in water and making a tea w lemon.
Lemon with salt on it that helped me or peppermint helps too
Keep protons rich snacks near by at all times - they will keep you from getting too hungry which irritates your tummy (when you get up to pee in the middle of the night is the perfect time to grab a peanut butter spoon! 🙂) For me, apples helped and the smell of apple. Also the Star mints - I kept one in my mouth at all times 😆 and you can buy bags of them at the dollar store.
Is peppermint tea safe? I read different things about it. The kind I’m drinking that helps is only peppermint leaves.
