Yup I started 😣, to excited! My daughter is to ! She’s 4! Excited for the tree ! & this month is flying so I want to be able to enjoy the tree long enough so we will put up the tree Friday !

Yes! I put my tree up like two weeks ago 😬 it sparks joy in my heart so why not! I’m absolutely obsessed with hobby lobby so I went crazy. I have a flocked tree and used silver, white and emerald green decor with small touches of gold. 🌲

I will do my after Thanksgiving looking for nice cheap decorations for house as well but wanting to decorate outside this year

Wish I could start decorating!! But made a deal with husband I’d wait until after thanksgiving (his fave holiday) so womp womp waiting til next week. Need to find more stuff and lights anyway to use but can’t wait!

Yeah haha that wouldn't last long in my house. I probably won't decorate till she's 18 and off to college hahaha but seriously, I blame Pinterest because it sets expectations so high! People are like you're home all day, you have time. Sweetie I can't even take a potty break by myself without her banging on the door and crying!! I would love to decorate but after she goes to bed, I clean and prep for the next day lol Those of you who can, I salute you! Can you come do my house!? Plzzzz hahaha

So I saw this hack where you take ping pong balls and cut and x with an exacto knife and put it on your regular light bulbs and it turns them into the bigger snow globe shape lights
It's a regular light with fake snow and a fake tree. Little string lights

If it helps, we let our kids have soft plush decorations and they have decorated the bottom of the tree 🤣

You can get the flower foam for wreaths real cheap on Amazon and we have done some walks in the park and picked leaves/small fallen branches to make one this weekend!
